Machine washable that has a "Wool / Silk / Hand-wash program". It's safe to wash 'hand wash only woollens item' on a "wool programme". However, as not all machines have the same settings, please ensure the temperature is 30º Celsius maximum and has a low spin on the wool program. (some washing machines on hand wool programme will set automatically at 40º Celsius, please double-check before you start your device)
Please do not tumble dry; it will shrink the wool.
The best way to dry your knitted item is by laying it on a towel—dry flat. Ease the back to its original size shape and dry flat on a dry clean towel (flipping it from time to time).
Hand wash instructions: Fill a container or sink with cool water, add a mild detergent, soak for 10-30 minutes, and gently agitate the water a few times during soaking. Do not rinse under running water. Fill your sink or tub with fresh cool water to rinse by soaking for a few minutes. Do not wring to remove excess water; it can stretch and shrink the wool. To remove excess water, gently press with a towel.

Wool is naturally antibacterial and dirt and odour resistant; therefore, wool items do not need to be washed often. It also can be placed outside in the air to absorb freshness.
