Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy


FREE Standard Shipping for all UK orders over £150 (2 to 5 business days) after the package has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping - £3.60 (2-5 business days) after the package has been dispatched.

£9.95 express premium delivery (1 business day) order must be placed before 12 PM

Orders that are placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day.


EU ORDERS - allow 2-10 business days for delivery

£12.90 shipping cost to Europe


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – allow from 5 to 15 business days for delivery

£23.90 shipping cost worldwide


Your order will be carefully packed and despatched with a tracking number via Royal Mail or another reputable courier company. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch, and we will do our best to assist you.


You will receive an email informing you that the order has been shipped with a tracking number included. Please check each style for exact Information. Most in-stock items take 24-48 hours to process your order before shipping. ​​


International orders. Please note.

All orders are shipped from the UK, so if you are outside the region, an extra charge may be levied as “import duty” or other “taxes” for products shipped outside the UK. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. ​ Please make sure you check the rules of taxes and duties in your region. It will be your responsibility for this as we have no control over these charges or any delay this may cause. 


If the item is held up in customs and you do not pay the required duties and taxes, then your order will be returned to us. We will deduct any duties, taxes or fees paid by us from your refund. 


All deliveries require a signature and may not be shipped to PO boxes. Please email us via contact list, and we may be able to arrange the delivery. And please accept our apologies if not. 

Return & Refund Policy

We really hope you are happy with all your purchases.


However, if you are not entirely satisfied with an item, you are entitled to return the item back to us for a refund or an exchange. Please contact us via our contact list within three (3) days of your order's original delivery date that you want to return an item for refunds or exchange.


For all domestic orders (UK)


We will provide you with a returning label with an instruction sending to your email address (free of charge to you / print required). All returns must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.


All items being returned to us must be in their original condition. The product must be unwashed, unworn with sealed swing tug intact (unbroken seal) and attached to the item. 


When we receive the item(s), you will receive an email confirmation about a refund or exchange. 


If everything meets the return policy requirements, we will issue a refund within 1-7 business days to the same payment method you used when purchased. However, the reimbursement could appear on your account within 14 business days. This delay is out of our control and will be dependant on your payment provider. 


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned items that are not in a resaleable condition. Before you try on the article of clothing, please make sure you remove all your makeup, perfumes, lotions, deodorants, or any other cosmetic that can leave a trace on the item. Thank you for your understanding. 


Additional note for International customers


Customers from outside the UK are responsible for the shipping cost for sending it back to us (some terms apply).


We strongly advise that you return the item(s) via a secure method by insuring it for its original price. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept liability for parcels lost in transit. It will be between you and the courier company. 


Please note that any shipping fees paid in your original purchase or insured by your return will not be refunded.



Please note that items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the original payer. 


However, we are happy to offer another item in exchange or part exchange as long as the value of goods is the same or less than the original (if the cost is greater, an additional charge will be applied).
