Any commercial use of my work is not permitted without my consent.

I work really hard to bring you new and innovative crochet/knitting patterns that are good quality and easy to understand for a reasonable price. To develop and publish 1 design could take several weeks. I’m an individual designer, and I don’t receive financial support for patterns development from anyone.

Therefore, by buying my patterns for a small price, I can continue to work and develop new designs and create new crochet/knitting patterns.

It is also illegal to copy, sell or distribute my work without my consent.

All crochet/knitting patterns are covered under UK law by copyright; any work is covered until at least 70 years after the designer’s death. Copyright is automatically given to any design work and does not need to contain the copyright symbol to apply. You can read about how copyright is applied to knitting patterns in the UK.

The US copyrights office has also included knitting and crochet pattern in its list covered as “Works of Visual Art”- the patterns qualify for copyright protection as visual work.

    Thank you for your support

    With best wishes
